Scope and Focus

As the sole UX/UI Designer over a two-year period, I led the transformation of our marketing landing page, client dashboard, and web/mobile app experiences. This included end-to-end UI design, API integration, and optimizing onboarding processes. Additionally, I refreshed the company's brand identity and marketing strategies.

Defined Objectives

Social Venu's website and dashboard (mobile/desktop) enhance the way nonprofits utilize and share customer videos. With an impactful incentive program and actionable insights, nonprofits can strategically feature content on their website, social media, and in marketing efforts. Over my two-year tenure, I managed 70+ projects, including aligning user flows with the CEO’s mission for non-tech-savvy clients and conducting QA testing on micro-interactions.

UX Research Methods

Enhanced User Engagement: Designed and launched customer feedback systems for APIs, boosting click-through rates by 150% on both landing websites and client dashboards.

Optimized Onboarding & Navigation: Revamped mobile onboarding processes and website flows, resulting in a 40% improvement in user retention and a 30% reduction in misdirected customer service queries.

Elevated Revenue & Retention: Spearheaded design and development of marketing pages and custom e-commerce features, leading to a 140% revenue increase and a 100% boost in user retention through targeted push notifications.

High Fidelity Landing Pages

At SocialV, one of my primary responsibilities was to design the onboarding process for new clients. This involved creating an intuitive and streamlined experience for signing into the platform and setting up their accounts, ensuring a smooth start for users and enhancing overall engagement.

Using Figma for design and Jira for project management, I crafted a comprehensive and user-centric platform.
